Well it seems I'm the first person on here but I'll post in the hope that more people join soon and someone sees this. I've just been really stressed recently and it's affecting my anxiety. I feel I have too much to do and too much pressure and that there isn't really anything I can cut out. The coping techniques on this website are useful but I think I just need to get it off my chest. I don't have many people I can talk to. x
Sounds familiar Violet! Had that feeling before. My issue is none of my friends/family really get it. So hoping chatting on here helps me out. That’s crap you are feeling like that just now, sucks when you feel overwhelmed! I always find exercising helps me think straight
Thanks, scotty1730. It's been a tough couple of weeks and my little one has been ill so that's just made things worse. I understand where you're coming from - people just say that everyone gets stressed sometimes and write your problems off. I'm happy to listen to what's going on with you if you want someone to talk to.
